Is It Possible To Have A Negative Cumulative IQ Score? Let's Ask Gavin Newsom.

Let's face it. He was already a Sub-100 (i.e. double digit IQ) before any of the current deductions took place due to his obedience, his flag waving, etc. So when you start in the double-digit IQ space to begin with, and then you have deductions of more than 100 points, you've achieved negative cumulative IQ status. Sadly enough, he's probably pretty proud of this.
Here's the most obvious deductions, but we're all pretty sure there are many more that make him think he's cool and relevant:
1. Perpetuating a state-wide persistent homelessness crisis that's been a point of significant criticism from both sides of the political aisle - (minus 25 points)
2. Protecting teachers who do not inform parents when a student asks to change their gender identity at school, which is one of the flags he's really into waving - (minus 50 points)
3. Attempting "biting humor" quips about Donald Trump that make him sound dumber than all living things on Earth, even cockroaches - (minus 25 points)
So here we are - A guy who wants to run for President who has a Negative Cumulative IQ score. Are we supposed to laugh, or cry, or hide under the bed for the rest of our lives, or are we supposed to get loud and call out complete ineptitude that's masquerading as competence in the political field? Let's do the last one, right?
He's not supporting anyone in California, except for his gargantuan ego. Does anyone know how to initiate Ego Deflation Protocol on this guy in 3...2...1...?
